• Non-consensual content or deepfakes of real, identifiable individuals
• Content that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Content promoting violence, hate speech, or illegal activities
• Content depicting or promoting child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights

5. User Responsibilities

• Any consequences resulting from your use of generated content
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

6. Credits and Payment

Credits are purchased as one-time payments. Credits do not expire. All sales are final. We reserve the right to refuse service or refund at our discretion.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if you violate these terms. Violations may also be reported to relevant authorities.
